Prior to forming TLC in 2008, I was very lucky to have been given the opportunity to practice in the legal field of agreements and disagreements, through the most distinguished legal firms in Egypt.

I thank them for availing to me the chance to legally assist major corporations in Egypt and overseas in Commercial and Civil Litigations, particularly defending their rights in Arbitration & Mediation proceedings.

I have drafted agreements, in English, French and Arabic, prepared strategic planning and provided daily advice to the clients. I have represented clients in litigations, and defended their interests, particularly in arbitration proceedings.

The wisdom acquired, during my 25 years of experience, is to focus on finding cost-effective, practical and innovative solutions: Think "lawyer" when embarking on new business ventures, and get advice as soon as a dispute or a disagreement is anticipated. Consider legal counseling as an investment in success, not an expense, since it targets to:

• Reduce disputes
• Identify disputes that need to be settled quickly with minimum business or personal interruption and cost
• Ensure clients know how to protect their interests in further dealings
• Lay the foundation for running the disputes that cannot be resolved. It is better to get it right from the beginning than fix a problem later on.
